Yes, I just had one of those interrupted sleep nights Uni - haven't had one for a while.

Judy, most of my nights are like that.  I rarely sleep for more than three hours at a time then I'm awake and I take ages to get off again for the next three hours. It drives me mad.  :(
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We had a meeting last night and we chatted about so much that I found it hard to get to sleep, which is unusual for me. Maybe too much lovely supper. 3 of us all did Carrot cakes.  :D :D

My iPad comes to the rescue at times like that Margaret.

Carrot cake, carrot cake or carrot cake cookie, at least you wouldn't have run out of it.

Cookie,Mab & JD, T2 have an amazing tea called nighty night. Amazing for situations like that. It has St Johns Wort so not good for anyone on high pressure medication though.
Enjoy your sunshine UK people.

I must apologise for lots of missing letters in my posts, i seem to be spending a lot of time going back in and modifying.  I think my first generation ipad is feeling its age ( like me!)

Chookie I have not cooked a meal in 9 days. I was sick for a few days and am still in recovery mode and in no mood to invent so I am still eating out if the fridge and pantry as needs be. Veggies and fruit have become my dear friends. My freezer is still empty and I like it that way.

T2 also has a Tisane called Sleep Tight. It has lemon balm and is a good nighttime drink. To aid sleep along with Nighty Night. You can make a nice blend from the two.

Not cooking can be very liberating. When I think of how many meals I have cooked for my family I feel I deserve a break.
