Sorry total fail on this one, it split. It might be that it was a large quantity of oil, at around 3 minutes it was looking great, so it split in the last minute. Flavours were nice though Have never had a problem with my normal mayo recipe. Hope someone else gets this to work. Halex Linked CC

Here they are, will write review later. CP loved them, dh & I didnt find the actual donut sweet enough, the icing sugar & chocolate made it sweet. The other issue we found them too dense. Dh thinks it would be better to let them rise quickly allowing more carbon dioxide to help with the airy texture. I made 2 sizes, different cooking times, but made no difference. My oil might have been too hot as a lot browner than the photo. I started them in cooler oil & not even a sizzle. So I have some cooked balls in the fridge & the other half of the dough frozen. Not sure what to do with the frozen dough as it will be dense too.

End of school year, I am tired, just want to put my feet up. Dial a take away, really dont care as long as the family is fed. In 20 mins I have made a really great rissotto. During that 20 mins, maybe 2 mins was work, less time than dialing a take out. Rissotto for 4 probably cost $10, dh told me it was restaurant quality. I had a glass of wine while my TM stired & stired. Take out $50 +++ not healthy. TMs are worth their weight in gold HHW

Cheesecake Swirl Brownie Cake Easy, even ds age 10 could make this. Mine cracked a bit on top, but I dont mind. Havent tried it yet, but both mixtures were great before cooking. I used baking paper as Tenina suggested but will try without next time as I never use baking paper.

Used these today, easy, brilliant, no more hot balls rolling around, popping out & even worse escaping into the pastry.
Absolutely love them, these would make a great present for anyone who likes to cook.
JD, not sure where to post this.
