It’s delicious Judy. Marina that’s horrid for DH.
I made a Peanut and Choc chip slice from Cookidoo yesterday. Today I made another big loaf of seeded bread.

I make a great peanut butter choc chip cookie that is fantastic - 4 ingredient and never fails.  I might look at making it a slice just for a change.

I made some cranberry balls today. It’s really a cranberry shortbread rolled into balls.

I haven’t been cooking much this last week so it’s lovely to see what everyone is baking. I bought some small pizza bases and added some toppings and cooked in AF. Most of the takeaway is awful. Can’t wait until we are settled to start cooking. The oven switches on, so that is a good start. Can’t work the dishwasher but Google will help I’m sure.
The 2 full freezer are installed in the garage. 20 minute trip and the carriers installed it immediately.

I’ve been cooking for my kids from Melbourne who arrive later today. SC roast beef, potato casserole and veggies for SIL, SC pasta vegetable bake for DD, chocolate mousse, chocolate covered dried strawberries, vegemite/cheese & pumpkin/feta scrolls. I also have a curried chicken dish in the freezer for SIL.

Judy, your cooking sounds nice, I'm sure your family will like it.

Made some risotto. Used pumpkin recipe from Cookidoo but.  adapted the recipe to include mushrooms and asparagus as well as roasted pumpkin cubes. It was very nice. For convenience during shift we have eaten a lot of takeaway food. Disgusting stuff.
I bought some Wangu meatballs from Aldi . Cooked in a little oil with capsicum and mushrooms, added tin of tomato and served over pasta. Quite nice.
Today will try RTE chicken in mustard sauce.
GS brought back some cheese from King Island, where he had been working. It seemed so much nicer than what we buy from the supermarket.

I love King Island cheese Chookie. In fact I love any good cheese.

I made some jam tarts as I had left over pastry from night’s quiche.  I also made another 900g loaf of seeded bread.

I made another 3 dozen shortbread and 3 dozen gingerbread cookies at the weekend.  They seem to go as fast as I make them.
Today I made Honey Mustard Chicken Legs for dinner from RTE, Spaghetti Bolognaise also from RTE and Braised Steak and Onions in the SC.

I’m getting into the Christmas spirit too, my go to is always Almond Bread at this time of the year. Will be making another couple of batches so that everyone gets a tin of them.  Yesterday I made little quiches for the freezer to take to our street’s Christmas get together with the ladies, some for the kids to snack on too.
