I had a quiet day . The moment I got up my knees hurt , walked outside a fare bit to get them going . Heat packs . So I sat and did some clothes repairs and listened to an audiobook book ďDuck a la orange for breakfast ď romantics food novel . Why do my knees hurt ! Iím just not that ready for aging yet . I kept putting washing on the line and moving around as much as I could. DS studied and did get a moment to dig a hole with the digger think they are practicing for fencing.
