chicken or beef stock 'paste'

Hi,
If someone could assist I'd appreciate it.
I've searched for the stock recipes but can't seem to find what I'm after.
My 2nd stock I ever made was the chicken paste and I can't find the recipe or know even where I got it from but it was lovely and I'd like to make it again AND beef stock paste.

Here is a recipe for Chicken Stock Paste that QC posted that's from MWOC.( scroll down to the third posting)

CC - thanks a million for finding those!  I have MWOC and FSA but had missed these. 
Now for the stock concentrate trilogy! Vegetable - Chicken - Beef as fridge staples!! :D
