Teriyaki Beef- Meat on the Menu
« on: October 22, 2010, 05:26:34 am »
Recipe Name: Teriyaki Beef
Book Name: Meat on the Menu
Tweaking details: None, done exactly to recipe
Review: Delicious.  My soy sauce was "light" and I think it was a bit light on flavour for that reason.
Score: (out of 5*) 5  Super quick, easy and healthy.  Will make this again and again.

Thanks for the review Caroline J. I pulled out my MOTM book today looking for inspiration. Think you have just provided it. Thanks ;D

In my opinion, MOTM is the best of all the recipe books Gabry - worth buying for sure.  I love the ones with pictures of every dish but MOTM has more appealing recipes.

Good one again CarolineJ.

Think MOTM is best tested and latest, so we are all getting better at writing recipes now.

We had this a couple of nights ago and really loved it. Definitely 5/5 from me too.

Made this tonight using chicken (larger pieces and longer cooking time) and carrots.
Definitely a winner!!

Would add more liquid next time to get more sauce (I love sauce though the older kids aren't so keen)
Everyone loved it, a real hit.

Oh that looks so delicious - I love photos  8) 8)  I have been trying to pick recipes not using chicken as that is all I seem to cook these days but when you see something like this - back to the chicken  :D :D
