We are having RTE Heinz Baked Beans with whatever breads I can find in the freezer, other than our everyday bread.

RTE chicken wings and brown rice. Roast pumpkin soup with basil pesto stirred through. I made pesto with basil grown in my small garden and used Jamie Oliver recipe for the pesto.

There is nothing as tasty as homemade pesto. I love using cashews or walnuts for it.
We are having a mushroom and spinach quiche tonight.

A surprise dinner. I pushed modify instead of quote, sorry Marina. We had fried rice with smoked salmon in it.

At my favourite lunch Restaurant in Ballarat, I always have the same dish. Prawn Pasta with Chilli. I ask for 1/2 the chilli. I decided to copy the recipe at home but used salmon instead. It also contains cubed fresh tomato. I find this salmon very useful.

Chookie I haven’t seen that salmon in pieces before looks nice . DS and I had the other day a little too much chilli when out to lunch - scrambled egg with prawn and chilli, the chilli had been in an oil . Lamb back straps with quince paste .
