Judy you have been busy.
Chookie I love your idea of mincing stir fry basics together.
Here is a photo of the giant New York cookies DD made. These are chocolate, last week’s were white chocolate and 100’s and 1000’s.

Judy, I use roughly, 1 bunch spring onions, white part, 1/2 to 3/4 cup ginger and almost a cup of pealed garlic cloves. Could use 1/2 a brown onion instead of spring onions.

Thanks Chookie, I asked as I thought others would like to know. I don’t do enough cooking to do bulk things.
The last of the kids’ food, ready to deliver now.
RTE Garlic Cheese Pizzas https://www.recipetineats.com/garlic-cheese-pizza/ I made individual ones and added ham, caramelised onions and roasted red peppers to them but left the ham off DD’s.
Made 3 individual pavlovas (1 for me) but I’ll have to work on that one as I think I overcooked them. I wanted the marshmallowy centre but I don’t think I achieved that. Toppings are mixed berry coulis and persimmon, I don’t even know if they like persimmon.

Judy they look so very tasty.
I made a small loaf of bread today from Thermogroovers eBook. It has yoghurt in it. I added seeds and mucked around with the flour. I used all the little bits of flour I had. It has turned out very well.

Thanks cookie. Love your loaf, I’ve not heard of Thermogroovers before.

She is a lady called Jeanette Pearce. ( I think!). She has released an ebook with her yoghurt recipes in it and some other tasty recipes. They all contain yoghurt.

Judy, you are really going for it. Lucky DD and DSI.
Cookie, that sounds interesting. Loaf looks good.
I’ve been reading about making genuine French Baguettes , using Levain as a starter. Will try when the weather prevents me from going out.

Made a version of Alyce Alexander's vegan macaroni and cheese - improvising and using whatever happened to be left in the house - I wanted to use up as much as I could that was in the fridge before we go away.

I've made a sort of muesli bar. I got the recipe from a diabetic magazine. Its mainly rolled oats with a little wholemeal flour, orange juice and zest and pistachios. I tasted it raw and its delicious. It has some honey in it too. It's in the oven at the moment.

Cookie, sounds interesting.
Should be doing other stuff but I’m feel like experimenting. I was wondering how bread rolls would go in the Sausage roll machine.

Today I’m making a pile of Small Rolls. I’ll make white flour for the garlic rolls, some wholemeal ones for soup. Perfect size. Not sure about sweet ones as the crust is crunchy once reheated. Maybe Brioche?

Cookie how about this. I cooked the kabobs in the machine or 15 mins. They were bought ones. About a teaspoon of fat came out. I split the Kabobs in half for the roll. I’ve made them for GS, but of course tried on. A good alternative to sausage rolls.
