Loving my TM!!

Hi everyone... another Melbournian here. 

I have wanted a thermomix for ages and I have had the greatest fun playing over the last 2 weeks since it arrived:  butter, scones, jam, lemon curd, curries, sorbet, bread, cleaning solution, and more!

I have been lurking around the forum for ages and I feel like I already know some of the regulars.  Thanks in advance for all your ideas and advice!

Hi thermodynamic, welcome to the forum.  You obviously know us better than we know you but I'm sure now you've started posting, this will change.  Love to hear what you think of the recipes you are using from both the forum and the TMX recipe books.  We have a special review section for the books and would love you to add your comments if you have the time.
