Spelt Bread Rolls in Basic Cookbook

Can this recipe be baked as a loaf instead of rolls?  I'm not a very knowledgeable baker so need to ask this basic question.
Will the dough be too dense inside to cook properly?
Any advice would be appreciated. :P

Sammidog, if you go to Recipe Reviews where all the books are listed you will often find the recipe you are looking at has had a review.  This one has and here is the answer to your question.
