They sound tasty Marina. I would maybe add apple or similar instead of persimmon.

We really like the bread Chookie. I never seem to get the amount of chilli right though. It's either too hot or not hot enough.

We got exactly the same as we had.  DH was able to go to Bunnings, buy it and connect it up. So tonight we have hot showers in the house, instead of the van. I googled Heat Pump Marina. I hadnít heard of them before but DH informed me he had.

I donít think Mumís ever stop worrying about their kids. I used to laugh when my Mum said this. But it is so true.

I did the vacuuming this morning. We then realised we had no hot water. The tank had split. So tonight and maybe tomorrow night we will be showering in the caravan. 😀😀

My DH has this Chookie. Every now and then he has to get the nurses at our GPís to syringe them. He gets quite deaf.

Chookie I can only imagine how many forms and information had to be copied and certified. It is a big job.

I went up to our local Westfield today and also the chemist. Got almost everything done.

Will do Chookie.
We are having marinated lamb chops. I donít think we have had them for many years. They never seem to taste any where as nice as those we got from the farm.

I must check this out Peter, itís interesting. Iíve liked what I saw in the chop function, and I also hope to buy the cutter attachment when I can. It will be very useful for me.

Peter, definitely not normal. Is there any chance your internet dropped out while you were cooking? Otherwise I'd chat to your consultant and or Thermomix. I have a 6 and love it dearly I also have a 31 and a 5.

We are mainly people who cook on here. I hope you've had a look at some our delicious recipes. When I bought my 31 many, many years ago I learnt to do so much more using this forum.

Welcome by the way.  Let us know how you get on.

Our Mothers' Day was different this year. I felt dreadful and DD wasn't the best. So we moaned and groaned our way through the day together.

DD was to go back to work today but is still testing +ve. They said to still come back. She wasn't too impressed by that so rang her GP. He said No WAy and has given her a certificate.
DH is recovering well.

Yesterday I made a very slow fermenting rustic bread. It is the first bread I've had for a few weeks that has risen above the tin. Lots of flops here at the moment. At least I know it wasn't the yeast as I used that yesterday.
This morning I made some Maltana biscuits. A very simple recipe that I found on a facebook site Trudy told me about. Old Fashioned Australian recipes. I'm finding it fun, another good time waster, but also lots of memories.
