Interesting recipe for Garabaldi biscuits.  When I make them the fruit is layered between 2 thin sheets of sweet pastry.
Judy, Garabaldi was an Italian political reformer.
Still need to fill the bickie bin.
Yesterday made Nay Nay scones. Also Fried rice using brown rice cooked in TMX.  Lots of veggies added.   Served with grilled salmon.

I’d love some of Judy’s Chicken Curry with Chookie’s rolls.

This recipe was easy to do as you added the currants, rolled it thinly between Glad Bake, refrigerated it and then baked it.

Made an interesting chicken recipe for lunch.
Needed something I could put in the oven and not bother about.
Made a mixture of 2 cloves of garlic, I cup milk, 3/4 cup of Mayo and juice of 1 large lemon.
Poured over 6 small chicken cutlets in baking dish.  Sprinkled a mixture of Panko crumbs and Parmesan cheese over.
Baked 3/4 hour at 200 ff.
bread rolls, posted.

Marina, sounds good but certainly make time for the lemon cake.  ;D
Pork something.  Possibly ‘ That Pork Dish’.  Think I can convert to TMX.
Lunch, Pea and ham soup and Avo stuffed with prawns in mayo.

Yesterday I made Cauliflower & Broccoli Soup and another sponge.

The first sponge scored 7. Last week scored 8 1/2.  This week scored 9 1/2, according to GD I lost 1/2 point because I didn't put strawberries on it.   It looks like I have found the right recipe. :)
