I have a rye SD in the oven at the moment. It’s been rising most of the day.

I made the Hot Cross Bun loaf from Cookidoo as I wanted to use the sensor. It was easy to use.  I haven’t cut it yet but I will be interested to see what it’s like. I had to put foil over the top as it was burning.

The Hot Cross Bun loaf is ok. I doubt if I would make it again. I love the fruit loaf on Cookidoo though.

Thanks Cookie.
Clean out freezer on top of fridge today. Yesterday i did the fridge. What I find will determine what I cook. Lots if little surprises.
Not sure if I mentioned this, but made RTE zucchini bake. Equal parts of Panko bread crumbs mixed with grated Parmesan. Sprinkled on Zucchini, cut lengthwise into 6. I baked it in AF. Perfect and simple.

On Sunday I made half quantity of Tomato and Mango Chutney.  I added some extra tomatoes to the mix just because I still have plenty.  I found the chutney to be very sweet so next time I will probably reduce the sugar a little bit.

I made some Healthy cookies from Cookidoo and a classic loaf. I used the sensor for the classic loaf. It's timing was almost identical to mine. I will find it useful for other things too.

Thanks for the feed back Cookie.
I might experiment with the Cookidoo English Muffins. They could be improved.

Experiment, by adding carbsoda to English muffins didn’t work. I was trying to make a craggy dough . Can’t win all the time!!
Friend for lunch. Home made Cordon Blue, roasted Zucchini with Parmesan and panko and mashed potatoes. Apricot crumble and ice cream.
Tried to post recipe for SD Waffles. When I tried to add photo, nothing would post. Shame, as they are really good and simple. When I’m more patient I’ll have another go at posting.
I’m making My recipe for SD English Muffins, Needs overnight start.
