Surprise visitor,  had Osso boco in mini SC,  mashed spuds in TMX and made 3  sauce Puds in coffee cups in AF.  Needed same time as the 2 I cooked previously.  This will be Avery easy go to pud.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Tonight was hot salami fried off to get rid of the fat, little tomatoes halved and partially cooked, spinach wilted and bocconcinni chopped , all mixed with pasta. Delicious, quick and easy. One of DD's favourites. I'm trying to encourage her to eat. Wish I had that trouble.  ;)
