I made a huge curry in the PC last nite, really fast  :)
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

My pc will be very busy later this week. I have my 1/2 cow coming that I am sharing with a friend. I only have chicken left in the freezer atm. So the last few nights its been chicken on the table. Might do chicken risotto in pc tonight.

I make PC risotto some of the time but DH prefers to make it in the TMX. I find it very quick in the PC and if using my smaller one it comes to pressure quickly and the wash up is nice and easy.

Not sure Uni. I make the bolognese risotto in the PC and from memory that uses 250g rice and I make the EDC mushroom one in there which I think has either 250g or 300g. It's  normally a meal for the 4 of us with one serve leftover.

I've got the one in this link Uni and love it. I find it's much easier if I need to reduce a dish after PC or just cooking enough for one meal.

I need to use my pc more than once a year. I'm far from a seasoned user!

Tonight's simple dinner. Thai basil chicken, snow peas omelette with steamed toothfish and rice cooked in the TM.

That looks so good BZB - you're lucky I live so far away or I'd be looking for an invite to your place for dinner  ;)

Your dinners always sound and look amazing BZB and if the fragrant chicken curry is anything to how by I'm sure they taste delicious.
