Kalosilthes Desi from another Greek-Australian

I also have Greek book but have to say I haven't gotten around the using it. Which one do you have a small A5 size or the newer A4 one? Which recipes do you like to make?

What recipes are the rest of you looking for? Anything in particular?

Hi and welcome to the forum. I'm very glad you are no longer a 'lurker' and very much looking forward to your Greek recipes also.

Hi Tasty, kalos sas vrika. Thank you for your message.

I cook mainly Greek meals and the books I have I bought them in Greece a year ago. They are:
Η Κουζίνα Μου Με Το Thermomix and Γεύσεις Στον Ατμό. They are both A4 size.
Like everyone in this Forum I love my TM and use it everyday and not always use cook books.

I would like to post some recipes, but at the moment we are renovating our house and putting a new
kitchen (exciting). I will try to translate some soon.  :)

Hi dede,

Our daughter loves her thermomix and uses it everyday. She appreciates the time that saves her especially during the week when she prepares a meal after work.

Dede is your foot better now? I hope so.  :)

That's great Desi, yes my foot is getting better each day. Will be another few weeks before its back to full strength. But I'm not using crutches at all now which is just wonderful :)
