Judy it all looks wonderful.

Congratulations Uni on the plaiting. I would have put it back in the oven.

I am attempting to make haloumi. I'll let you know how it goes.

I've got Thai Basil Chicken with Chilli in Tm at the moment (from Teninas For Foods Sake book) will post a review once it's finished but it smells amazing.
Have made the rice to go with it  and some stock concentrate this morning.

Been busy all day cleaning up outside and it was pretty hot today. Supposed to be another hot one tomorrow so I decided to start my Sunday cooking today. Made a double batch of choc chip cookies, afghan biscuits and just making a Anzac slice now. Might make a bimby choc cake next as we havnt had one for awhile. Won't have to cook so much tomorrow then. Might even get time to mow lawns and clean my car after that.

In thr middle of feb.. The thought threw me as i wouldnt touch a bikni in my current state with a 10 ft pole and jst could not see her strutting one lol but that was not the point 😄😄😄

Enjoy the warmer winter weather Kim, sure beats some of the temperatures you've been having over there.  Hope the kids let you rest up a bit today  :-*

Today I have some friends & their kids coming over for tapas. I have a lot of food pre-done or partly done in the freezer.

Arancini balls, with quirky jo's mayo, adding extra garlic & lime to make aoili
Chicken satay sticks with dipping sauce
Mini beef & ale pies, have Teninas beef & ale filling in the freezer
Vol au vents, have cases, edc bechamel sauce, added cooked chicken & veggies
Artichoke dip from the xmas cooking class
Foccacia from edc
Chocolate brownies, just found a batch in the freezer :D

Sausages & buns for kids from shops!!LOL

Making champagne, lemon slushys from MWOC
Going to try frozen margarittas, not quite sure but will experiment.

Also thinking of doing Tenias brussel sprouts
