I made Seeded Quinoa Salad for dinner tonight. Pretty quiet on the cooking front.  DW has invited a colleague for dinner on Thursday so I need to start planning.

Today is Shrove Tuesday for us here in the US so I made griddle cakes and crepes - I had some friends visiting for brunch and they are now out buying wine at a local winery before heading back up north to Mammoth.

I thought I would have some leftovers that I could have for supper but everything was consumed so now I have to think about what to fix for later.
I was surprised all the sausage went.  The patties were fairly large.

I'm making spiced Indian patties, garlic rice and steamed vegetables followed by mini caramel tarts with a gingernut bikkie base. I would have made banoffe pie but lack the cream and only have dried banana chips.

Making a Chilled Melon Soup and Chicken Pockets with vegitables from FSA. I think this is the first time I have used this book since I got it at my Veroma Demo.

Just made a batch of Tenina's Powerballs and also her shortbread, plus a batch of chic-chip cornflake cookies - all for morning tea at work tomorrow! Yummo :)

defrosted some of Tenina's 'spin a dinner' slow cooked chili pork, mixed through some frozen corn, rolled it in some large wholemeal wraps, sprinkled with cheese and into oven until brown. DS 21 inhaled the lot (and later had a toasted sandwich 'snack') and though it was really great. The wraps didn't go soggy so just right.
