Thanks Thermomixer for clarrifying that. I had copied the link from next week's preview - but the silly flash thing just doesn't do what it should..  ;)

Aha! Thanks for the instructions, Thermomixer. :D That is definitely a TM... I think the other was a lip of a frying pan.

...Stupid website!

Wow, in The Australian last week and on Better Homes and Gardens next week. TMX will certainly become more widely known. It's kind of exciting, all our friends can go "Oh, there's that thing that ..........keeps raving about"  :-))

Did anyone happen to get the cheesecake recipe?  Once I heard the steaming I suddenly pricked up my ears but missed the rest of it  ???

not sure if the recipe was actually on or just in the magazine. my ears pricked up too and the kids have requested it on the weekeend lol

yeah, i was a bit miffed he called it a thermomix, i'm guessing he was told to though by the BH&G people as otherwise he'd have to explain what a thermoimix was...

I wrote the recipe down for the cheesecake and was going to suggest we could do it in the Varoma, maybe even little ones if a big one won't fit.  Where will I put it - in desserts?   I also was disappointed it was called a 'food processor' but they aren't going to advertise something without money changing hands are they?

Thanks faffa!

Thanks JD.

Has anyone made the Black Bottomed, White Chocolate Cheesecake in the 09 calendar? That's steamed in the Varoma. And is lovely (VERY rich though).

AGREE! While getting DD back to sleep was thinking that it would have been an advertising thing - no name mention with out the $$$ to back it up. Pity!!!  Imagine the interest if he had named it and the flurry in internet searches!
