Marina, you are very generous with your comments.  The pleasure was all ours.
We really appreciated the help with cleaning up, thanks.

This is such a warm sharing group , thank you for making me smile .
DS measured the inside of my car with the seats down , he attempted to vacuum it on the weekend but the weather prevented that . All so I would go to IKEA and collect a flat pack 😬  chest of draws . Well I got them in easily. Might be a school holiday job !

A perfect day for you Marina in the company of Chookie and Ral.

I took Chance back to the vets this morning. The wound is finally healing. We are going back next week to have the staples removed.

Glad Chance is improving.  Always a worry with animals.
K Atie, good luck with the flat pack.  My advice is to let the kids assemble it. Talking from experience.

Good news for Chance Denise.
Flat pack furniture - it’s great but you must have hours to spare to assemble it LOL. Good luck with it Katie

I'm pleased Chance is over his infection.
Would you believe I hadn't been to Ikea until I went there to meet Jeninwa a couple of years ago, or maybe more.

Had a fun day out to Hahndorf & Woodside with my Probus group. Haven’t been there since we visited this area during the Adelaide Forumfest and the weather conditions were totally different, cool but sunny and no wind today, wet, windy and cold unfortunately for the Forumfest.

I love Hahndorf. Our Model A National Rally is in Murray Bridge this year and all our members are planning their trips. We aren't going and I am so jealous.

Glad you had fun with your Probus group Judy.

Denise glad Chance I sent on the mend.

Katie, good luck with the furniture.  Bit like a puzzle!

Chookie, we also have to add more mulch here.  I smothered the garden before we went away to stop weeds coming through.  BUT, after two months away they are back along with a huge group of snails!

Lovely you had fun day out with your Probus group Judy.

I’ve been to a funeral of a dear friends wife today. In the middle of the service a mobile phone went off, not once but three times. It was the same phone because the unique ringtone was the same.

Mobile phone etiquette is non-existent.  I get so annoyed with users who have no manners or concept of where they are or what is happening around them when they use them.  Often I am serving someone in our shop when their phone goes off and, suddenly, I am like a bit of dirt under their feet ... I just don't exist but their phone MUST BE ANSWERED as soon as it rings and never mind the effect on others ...   GGGRRRRRRRRRR!

Agree about the phones.
I get kids to check that my phone is turned off when we are at a concert etc.

Well the flat pack is on one DS agenda but even he realizes that it may be awhile to we can do it . Crutching sheep today and shearing Friday , into next week . Worst night mare phone going off at a function , silent on vibrate is the way to go . Staying by the fire to keep warm this morning .

I agree about the phones going off. We had two go off at the funeral we went to the other day, different ones, despite the celebrant asking that they be turned off.
