Sounds right up my street Denise  and very yummy  :)

Last night kids requested scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage  and hash browns for breakfast . Don't have hash browns but do have scottish potato scones so that will have to do.

Sounds good Bedlam, will have to give that a try.

I'm experimenting making yoghurt on coconut milk.

The coconut yoghurt turned out quite well. I don't have a photo to go with it unfortunately. This is my friend Bridgitte's recipe.

2 Thai coconuts.
2 tlbsp coconut sugar
3 probiotic tablets

Place the juice from 1 coconut and flesh from both coconuts into TMX.
Add sugar and empty the probiotic capsules.
Mix until combined and a thick consistency. If a bit thin then add shredded coconut until thicker.
Put into a container and loosely cover, leave overnight on the bench.
It should have little bubbles in it, don't worry too much if it doesn't have bubbles just taste it and if it's to your liking put in fridge.
It lasts about 3 days in the fridge.

My Standard breakfast this morning. Thermo yoghurt, muesli with 1 tablespoon LSA, and a banana.
That will keep me going all morning!

We tried brioche cinnamon blueberry scrolls from quirky cooking. http://quirkycooking.blogspot.com.au/2012/12/brioche-cinnamon-scrolls-prepare-ahead.html?m=1
Made them up last night, kept in fridge overnight and cooked fresh this morning. They are yummy.
