I cooked the bruschetta and pancakes for DW because there was no way she was going to eat 'that stuff', DD's BF made the coffee while DD and DW set the table.

We had a smoothie with baby spinach, mixed berries, bananas, pineapple, pear, apple and lsa  :)

Can you believe my super, super fussy DD loves it! The only fruit she eats is banana... Well it once was the only fruit she eats...... (Sound the evil cackle!) hehehe!  ;) :D :D :D

Mich, no I haven't tried CADA. I don't really agree with it... its high in sugar, fat and has a high GI. Not my idea of healthy ;)

I just had hot toast with raspberry jam on it!! I had my toast still hot!!!!  :D :D And I didn't use to like raspberry jam, but tried some of my TM jam today....I loved it! And my toast was hot when I got to eat it!!!!  ;D ;D ;D ;D
