I've been having CADA a few times a week lately, but today was leftover honey soy chicken with rice & vege!

I love honey soy chicken too Jo! I would be saving mine for lunch though ;D

I had my combo, but with rockmelon this time. It is a small rockmelon and very sweet, yummy :D

Well, now you mention it Amy there was enough for brekkie AND lunch  8)
The kids didn't eat theirs last night (DD put herself to bed while I was cooking).  So it was DD's dinner for breakfast, and then the actual I-made-too-much leftovers for lunch. ;D

Frozzie, is sheep yoghurt made out of sheep's milk or is that a typo? :-)) ;D
Do you mean you can't even make porridge or pancakes? :(

Nope not a typo but its expensive here and I've only found it in organic stores... I can't handle bovine dairy products they make me want to throw up so either vegetarian yoghurt imitations or goats or Sheeps yoghurt .. I don't like the after taste if goats yoghurt but Sheeps is fine.. Pity they have no variety here as where we lived in France it was readily available in major supermarkets in various flavours..you could get Sheeps powdered milk but I haven't found it in oz yet..
