CADA. First time. It's very sweet - only used two dried dates and Granny Smith apple - coconut was unsweetened. Whole lot is worth over 500 calories - only eating half!

PT, thats why I don't have CADA... very kilojoule-dense, contains saturated fat from the coconut, and has no low-GI carbohydrates ;)

This morning I had porridge :)

Porridge with stewed apricots in it for girls.  :)

I don't think I've ever had manuka honey. I just get the bottles in Woolies with the little bee on them ;D I think its called Capilano or something like that :)

I do that too Astarra. But I pack cereal in his lunch box the night before. It comes home empty so I guess he eats it!

Astarra my DH leaves at 5am. He isn't a breakfast eater but we have lots of supplies at the shop. He also takes a muffin for morning tea and leftovers for lunch.

Yep my DH leaves at 5am too, he has a huge morning tea and lunch and then a smaller afternoon tea (all packed into his lunchbox with lots of love - by ME!!!!)  :D  :-*
