Oh goodie! I'm so glad you liked it suzanne :D :D

I will have to admit that I forgot to put the sultanas in because the delivery man put me of what I was doing so had to stop,answer the door, sign for the parcel and when I came back in I just turned it on so it was really apple and cinnamon porridge  :)

Damn delivery men, they're so inconsiderate :-)) ;D

How do you get the salad to stay on the rice cakes? I used to try those for lunch but my salad always used to fall off :o :(

I had Just Right for breakfast with banana and some yoghurt afterwards. I love Just Right, it brings back memories :D
