It was cold this morning, so we all had porridge.

Defrosted the little freezer yesterday and saw the 1/2 packet Tip Top thick cafe stye scone toast which I thought was fruit bread when I bought it.  Had 2 slices for breakfast which reminded me why I am not getting through this packet - it is dreadful and the rest is going in the bin.

I haven't seen that one JD but if I do I will give it a miss.

I like the cafe style fruit bread  :)

It is tasteless and you end up with what feels like a mouthful of gluey dough so yes, give it a miss MF - I don't know what they were thinking when they bought this one out.

Thats a shame Judy :(
My mum and SD like spicy fruit loaf. The one we get comes in a purple bag. I've been trying to make more homemade fruit loaves, but I end up throwing a lot in the bin because mum and SD just want to have the bought one :(

I had porridge, youghurt, banana and peaches :)

Amy you should give Julieo's one from here a try, the recipe is quite long and looks a bit daunting but it  has a fantastic flavour and my family actually prefer it to the bought one now.

I think I know the one you're talking about Wonder, because I remember being really indimidated by it! But with your recommendation I might give it a try... I'll find it now :)
