Me too but sadly my boys don't like it.
Had bacon and scrambled eggs on toast with sweet chilli sauce and Parmesan.

Don't know Robyn..... I usually do B&E pies/savouries when I have too many.

We had "brunch dish" for breakfast (a dish with ripped up bread on the bottom, then a mix of eggs, bacon, milk and cheese on top - with salt and pepper too)
:D

I would come and buy some from you Robyn but its a long way to travel for eggs :-\

You could make egg flips and freeze them for healthy breakfasts when you have a busy morning :-))

What about individual quiches in muffin tins Obbie. I remember seeing something like this a long time ago but didn't have enough eggs! I think you line them with filo to makes cups and crack one egg in each cup and bake. That would use a dozen. Custard, curd, vanilla slice, cakes, cakes and more cakes!! :)

So wish I had that many eggs Obbie.  Pre TMX, I hardly ate eggs but now I am finding I am using at least a dozen a week.  Today at the markets I purchased a tray instead (2 1/2 dozen I think) of my usual dozen so we'll see how long they last.

Wish I had an egg problem. I buy 2 dozen a week. Ds loves egg in his lunch box & he loves egg sandwiches

Frittatas, quiches, cakes, puddings, etc. meringues.

Scrambled eggs for dinner 1 night or an omelette.

H :)

Lemon Curd by the british larder, i love this, uses 4 eggs
