Lentil Shepherds Pie, we have no meat, so will be going vegetarian until the freezer is defrosted.

Creamy garlic prawn risotto, minus the cream. Just reading the reviews, sounds like a winner.

We're having Chicken Nuggets and Acti-Fry Chips for dinner tonight. For something that's stereo typically a easy meal, this certainly isn't! lol. The chips take 40 minutes to cook, after you peel, slice & wash them, and the chicken needs to marinade in the greek yoghurt for a while... But they really are great. The greek yoghurt makes the chicken so tender, and even DS who struggles with meat can eat them without a problem.

When I told him we were having 'Chippies & Chicken Nuggets' for dinner, he said 'we'll go to the train station to get them' which is where go for takeaway if we have it (Red Rooster at Southern Cross Station). SERIOUSLY need to get THAT out of his head!   :o

Funny I looked at that recipe tonight amy but didn't have everything.

Had fried chicken ( dipped in egg and breadcrumbs) new potatoes and carrots. Yogurt for afters.

Thanks Gert & Amy :)

Amy, its a dish from Argentina, its from a book I bought in Hawaii, The Cook & The Butcher. It tasted great, different, but also quite good for you with all the greens.
