What a lovely gift Maddy.

Hally I will be thinking of your friend on Monday. She will certainly appreciate your baking, as I'm sure will all her family.

Maddy, that is one gorgeous birthday gift for your friend.  How do you get the cakes to stay where they are and not fall off  :-))

Wow! What a wonderful gift, you are so clever Maddy!

Today was my first weekend day with my TMX so I just made a few things....we also had my family visiting so I want to show the versatility of my new toy.....
Pancakes
Macarons with
Tenina's lemon curd
Bread rolls
Broccoli salad
Basil chunky dip
Meatballs in tomato sauce
Chocolate custard

I think that's all......yoghurt is on my list for tomorrow and I might try the red velvet cake/cupcakes from the forum...so much fun to be had!

I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

You did well Jamberie, bet your relies were impressed.  Macarons for a new TMX owner, great stuff! Are you going to post some reviews for us?

I'm pleased with how they turned out. No challenge for Maddy yet, but pretty good for me. Thanks for your help in doing them Maddy.

I've put tiny teddies on a couple. I've just found out that they have different expressions on their faces. How cute.
