Thank you everyone, all your kind words are so great.

Hally you will need the weekend retreat for a bit of R & R yourself but in the meantime you will rise to the challenge of preparing food for 2 families with ease.  It is what you love doing most and you are so good at it. :-*

i sparyed the rolls with water then added the seeds on top i got to thinking if i sparyed them with oil they would stick better than just water ,i dont have any problems with just sparying with water only  :-)) boy was i wrong they didnt stick at all the seeds fell when i picked them up  :-))

and made bit size risotto balls will deep fry most of them but i want to oven bake a few of them

Uni, What recipe do you use for the rolls?  They look wonderful.

Converting a zucchini brownie recipe that uses maple syrup. It's in the oven now. The mixture smell disgusting lol. Don't think it will be a hit. But will wait and see, I certainly won't be sharing the recipe unless it's nice.

Don't think the zucchini brownies will be very nice. I'm going to ice them and see if anyone eats them or not. Hope the chooks like zucchini and maple syrup :D

Uni your risotto balls look delicious, do you just roll your risotto up and then deep fry?

Today I made some marmalade for my mum and dad and will make some pancakes for afternoon tea

Just made the spice mix for Tenina's Cape Malay chicken curry. Smells divine so I am sure the curry will be yummy. 8) Cooking the curry tomorrow or Monday. Jamie Oliver chicken pasta bake tonight  with garlic ciabatta and rocket, parmesan and asparagus salad.

No we go every Sunday to their house for dinner, my week is not complete until I have had mums cooking  :)

Another question do you dip them in egg and flour and crumbs before deep frying?
