Hally that's lovely of you, and it will be such a comfort to her knowing meals are waiting in the freezer.  She can just concentrate on getting well without having to think of preparing food.

I have been busy for 5 hours, my kitchen looks like a bomb site.

Sadly my best friend found out this week she has breast cancer, she is having a masectomy monday. I am fiiling her freezer. This was not happy cooking, but happines in the way I can help.

I have made
3 Bread, no fuss
Chicken & sweetcorn soup, 3 containers. My own
Vegetable soup with chicken broth, 3 containers, my own
Spaghetti Bolognaise, 4 containers. PC internet recipe
Thai Green Curry, 1 container. WW PC Book
Jasmine Rice, 1 container.
Beef Caserole, 1 container. WW PC Book
Mash Potato, 1 cotainer
Chicken & vegetabe pies. 12 my own

H :)

Hally, I think this is the most practical and caring gesture you could ever offer . .  I do hope your friend makes a very speedy and full recovery.

i sparyed the rolls with water then added the seeds on top i got to thinking if i sparyed them with oil they would stick better than just water ,i dont have any problems with just sparying with water only  :-)) boy was i wrong they didnt stick at all the seeds fell when i picked them up  :-))

and made bit size risotto balls will deep fry most of them but i want to oven bake a few of them
