Hally my lamb curry was a recipe I have been using for years and I cooked it in my Le creuset cast iron pan. I love my meat curries slow cooked but have to admit I have not yet cooked beef or lamb in my TMX so I really should try I guess. Was going to cook a beef stew in TMX last week but chickened out in the end as I know I love slow cooked stews.

We are not fans of maltese macaroni. Its a good budget meal, maybe I should try it again. Do you use mince or corned beef in yours?

H :)

Made the macaroni tonite.  I converted the recipe for TMX. (my first conversion) and,I'll put,it in a separate post when I get some time

The burnt bits are supposed to be like that - they are the crunchy bits that everyone fights over :-)
I do the best I can

I have done quite a few little things the past few days.

In my dehydrator I dried the zest of 9 lemons, 7 heads worth of garlic and some celery leaves.

I needed 2 tsp of lemon powder for a recipe, so I ground that amount up, the rest was made into lemon pepper seasoning.  The celery leaves were ground also and made into celery salt, and the garlic was blitzed into powder.

I also made some Kashmiri garam masala that was needed in a basic curry paste (recipe community) which I used when making an Indian spiced cauli soup.  The rest of the paste has been frozen for future use.

For the past 3 mornings I've gotten eggs and butter out the fridge to come to room temp to make a cake and each night I've put them back in the fridge unused  :-\  I just don't have the same urge to make cake like I used to.  (probably a good thing  ;D )

I've made some lemon squares and Tenina's sourdough.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

So far today have done: 5L of double strength lamb milk (whiy didn't I think of using TM to mix it weeks ago??!) then converted a recipe for Apricot cookies, then 10 dozen bacon and egg mini quiches, a batch of Chookies no fuss rolls into shaped bread, have tea in the slow cooker and am about to cook a slice of some sort (will decide while I'm washing my TM bowls) for lunchboxes, then I guess it will be the rest of tea!! :)
:D
