Just finished reading all 26 pages of this thread :D. I can't wait to try making them now. Now to track down the few herbs I'm missing (thought I might try and get "whole" versions of stuff I already have) and also decide to do chicken tenderloins or drumsticks.

made this today for the 1st time. omg ACW its very nice

i didnt add the 2 tablespoon of buttermilk to the flour mix

i dipped the chicken in the flour mix then back into the wet mix then flour mix again

 sprayed oil every 5 mins it cooked for 20mins at 200 in the air fryer
i don't need a recipe i'm italian
