Cookie, that fig and date loaf looks good.
Yesterday I made a casserole of apricot chicken for the freezer and ended up eating it for dinner.  Also made some of Cuilidh's Courtney's Cookies.

I’ve made some powder puffs for the AGM tomorrow. They don’t look brilliant but I hope they taste ok.

1/2 a Chook.  Cooked the other  1/2 yesterday.  First 1/2 I added a Fodmapped  prepared packet of Green Curry simmer sauce. Was very nice. I added extra lime peel. With added veggies it was enough for 4 serves so will freeze leftovers.
Will make chicken in an Italian sauce today.

Yesterdays cook was a bit up and down. The sticky date pudding turned out well. Chookie did warn me about over processing the mashed potato. I followed TMX directions exactly. I don't know what potatos I was working with. I should have cooked them for a few more minutes and processed them less. All in all, I wasn't disappointed. Tomorrow I will make soup. Will go to the forum recipes - I have some favourite soups there.

Michele you did well. Keep going.
Today I made the first FODMAP recipe that I am very happy with.  The problem being that I can taste the substitute gluten free flour in anything that has it as an ingredient.
Today I made Crepes and they were lovely.
220 gluten free plain flour
4 large or 5 small eggs
450 lactose free milk.
Mix speed 4 , 1 minute.
Cook in non stick pan, oiled between each pancake.
Makes 12+

That’s good news Chookie.
Hang in there Mich, things are getting better.

These are the powder puffs I took to the AGM. disguised them with a shake of cocoa!

They would have been eaten cookie.
Chookie, how long have you been cooking with GF flour.  It seems to have been a while and only now have you found that crepes are OK. Thank goodness there is something you like, if only there were more items but I’m sure you will keep experimenting until you find something else.

Robyn did you use honey or golden syrup. I see a video that Tenina did she thinks golden syrup is better.
