Last time I made this, I used it as spring rolls filling. It was so tasty.
Mama at home with my 4yo additive sensitive son, feeding family of 3 and a furbaby easily with my Thermie.

Finally got round to making this. I saw 300mls of water & thought thats a lot, added it anyway.

Mine is very runny, have put it throughh a cullander & its fine. Just way too much juice for me.

Hi Cookie,

I've had it for about 4 weeks. My hubby loves the polenta (he hated polenta before TX!) and I think custard ... yum ...

For mains, I'm enjoying making pasta + sauces.

Oh, and pikelets :)
