It looks interesting Chookie. I spend hours looking through my books as I'm sure you do too.

To be honest, I am not too unhappy to look at Plan B ... I didn't really like these particular handles anyway, but DH really, really liked them.  They had a wood finish, but, to me they reminded me of the wooden spatulas doctors used to use to hold down your tongue to look at your throat!   :)

Today I hope to go looking for microwaves and maybe, if I am feeling really enthusiastic (which I never am when it comes to clothes shopping) I am planning on also looking for new trousers for when we go to Canada later in May ... I know now what will happen, though, I will get to the shopping centre, walk in, walk around, look in some windows and decide that that is enough shopping for me and head home feeling very frustrated and annoyed with myself!

$7000++.  It’s either a VERY, VERY big home or wonderful door handles. Hopefully Plan B is better Marina.
I love shopping, but lately have been going in, doing what I have to and coming home. Not even checking clothes out, which is unusual for me.
I hope you find a good microwave and some perfect trousers Marina.

Enjoy your shopping Marina.  May is just around the corner so you really need to get some clothes soon. I think you have to be in the mood to go clothes shopping, it’s the trying on of everything that I don’t like.  Some people just buy them and try them at home but that means another trip to the shops if they don’t fit so I prefer to get it all done the first time.

Marina, I did buy some very nice slacks at DJ in Melbourne.  They were Perri Cutten.  I liked them  as they had pockets.  I bought 3/4 length and didn’t have to have them taken up. They have winter and Summer fabric.  I have both.  Navy and black.

Thanks for your comments everyone.  Chookie, I will take a look at the Perri Cutten selection.  I did get a pair from My Size but they are a little more casual that I wanted, but, what the heck, I had done what I set out to do and that is buy a pair of trousers, even though the are not exactly what I wanted so I am giving myself a gold star for effort if for nothing else!.

Picked up a set of Woll cookware today at the Home Show - a 2 ltr milk pan, a frying pan and a saute pan.  Even with the show discount they cost heaps, but well worth it and I can't wait to use them.
