Gluten Free packet pasta (Basco)
« on: December 24, 2008, 12:34:28 pm »
Name of Recipe: Basco Macaroni and Cheese

Number of People: 2-4

Ingredients:

1 packet Basco Macaroni and Cheese
310g hot water
125g milk
40g butter

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in TM bowl.
Cook for 16 minutes at 90 deg on Reverse and Speed 2

Photos:

Tips/Hints:

Sauce thickens on standing.
The  *: makes cooking this so easy. No more standing at a hot stove trying to stop it sticking to the bottom while hungry children whine on the other side of the safety barrier! I chuck it on then sit down to read to them while it cooks  ;D

I tried it with gluten pasta for DH yesterday, slightly shorter time as it was thinner pasta, worked a treat  :D
