GF pancakes
« on: June 19, 2010, 12:52:24 pm »
Name of Recipe:
Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups gluten free flour
2tbsp sugar
2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk
3 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs gently beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation:
Place all dry ingredients in TMX and combine.
Add all other ingredients and mix well (speed 4-5 until smooth)

I found these look more like "normal" pancakes than previous gluten free attempts.

Thanks Jules  :-*. I often use the recipe in the EDC and just substitute the SR Flour for the Orgran GF SR Flour. They are so light and fluffy and rise beautifully. Might even make some for breakfast in the morning and post a pic  ;)
