Good bread recipes?
« on: October 25, 2019, 06:50:30 pm »
I have been using various Thermomixes for several years now and have yet to make decent bread. i seem to remember there were some superb bread makers on this forum. Could anyone please suggest a reliable recipe I could try?

Nice to see your name come up again past94x.  This is the recipe I’d recommend to someone making bread for the first time.  It has all the information you need to make a successful loaf or rolls. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=4253.msg53316#msg53316

I agree with Judy, this is a great recipe and so easy to make.  I have sent a copy of it to my DD who has just bought a TM6 and is keen to try making bread.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I totally agree. this recipe is suitable for everything. Rolls of all shapes, loaves etc. You can add seeds and change the flour round a bit too.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

This is my recipe with a lot of tweaks from Uni's original one. https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=14722.0
Lots of good breadmakers in here.
