Haven't costed this out, CP, but I don't think it will be too expensive - I would guess the eucalyptus is the most expensive component and if you use the cheap vinegar that will keep the costs well and truly down.  Just make sure you get a good spray bottle that doesn't block up and you have enough mixture to keep you going for a while.

2 litre bottle of home brand vinegar cost me $1.39, 50ml Eucalyptus oil $3.41, spray bottle $1.65 and had all the other ingredients. For 1.5 litres thats cheap in anyones language

I made this up yesterday and confess I used tea tree oil instead of eucalyptus oil as  I know I have eucalyptus oil somewhere but couldn't find it and the tea tree oil surfaced instead! Does smell very nice though. I also confess that I am addicted to microfibre cloths as well as they do a great job on my windows with the windex and don't leave any streaks or lint marks.  The miracle spray definitely does live up to it's name I have to say!

I have teatree oil as well. Might have to try that for a change. I know eucalyptus oil helps lift grime. Not sure if tea tree does the same (great for keeping nits away though )

Merlin, did you try this on your windows - or was that a reference to the microfibre cloths, not this spray?  If you did your windows with the spray, how did it go?  I usually use vinegar and water - not sure of the effect the eucalyptus / tea tree oil would have on the glass.

No-I use Windex or vinegar spray on the windows and the microfibre cloth. I have laminated windows so I'm not game enough to try the miracle spray on them!

Also, I thought tea tree oil also works as an anti fungal and antibacterial agent plus I love the smell!

I used double of the eucalyptus oil as I live that stuff. Normally I just used a couple of capfuls in hot water to clean the house so am used to the smell!

This stuff is awesome! I just did the door of my griller which was putrid & now it looks like new! Should have taken a 'before' photo - will have to do that with the oven door tomorrow.

The bottom door looked MUCH worse than the top before I started

Good to know it lifts grime off the oven as well, have yet to try that one
I cleaned all my windows frames with the miracle spray. I used winded to clean the actual glass. I always use a bucket of hot water and vinegar to do the outsides and it comes up great. Love all these make your own cleaning products. The shop brought stuff can be pretty potent and costly.
