Well I survived....and no tears! DS6 had a great first day in grade 1 and DS5 loved his first day in prep. That's it, I've sent them off into the big wide world. They don't think they need me anymore. But I did get big cuddles when they got home 😉

They still need you Kimmy but it is wonderful that there were no tears. It makes everything so much easier.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Just home from the Nico class, it was great and we had a lovely time. Food tasted delicious!

Frozen Mojito pge 131 but without the alcohol
Foccacia pge 28 served with Saffron alioli page 33
Butter chicken pge 79 served with Sri Lankan Yellow Rice page 88
Spinach & Ricotta Gnudi page 72 served with Spiced tomato pasta sauce page 11
Make ahead Raspberry Souffle page 114
Almond Bastilla Stack page 110
Macadamia & white chocolate brownies, not demonstrated but on the taste table.

Trudy was lucky enough to win the door prize of a Thermosaver.
