Hi there.
Here is my first attempt at publishing a recipe for Thermomix...
Blondies, very delish!
Place in bowl
150g white cooking chocolate, broken up
125g butter
120g sugar
60g milk
cover & cook 5 min stirring or speed 1, 80degrees.
Allow to cool while you line a square baking tray 23cm, with baking paper coming 2cm above sides.
Add butterfly to the bowl, measure in
110 g gluten free plain flour
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
25g almond meal
2 eggs
Cover & mix 5 seconds, speed 4. Scrape down sides of the bowl,
Mix again, 3 seconds.
Add
150g white chocolate, chopped, stir on reverse to combine, 3 seconds.
Pour mixture into prepared pan, then top with 1 cup frozen raspberries, distributed evenly. Press into mix.
Bake at 165 degrees for about 1 hour or until evenly golden & firm to touch in the centre.

They sound nice Jen - if we aren't gf, do we just substitute with ordinary flour and baking powder in the same quantities?

Just made some more of these today, according to DH they are as delicious as he remembered. ;D
Have some gf friends coming for dinner on boxing day, and for sweets I am just doing a big platter of cakes/slices.
These are sure to fit the need again as they did before.
Was glad to re-find the recipe...and the actually even look Christmassy. :D
