Thanks Cookie, will check out Coles when I shop later this week. I can barely close my big cake tin drawer now, but I'm sure I can re-arrange it to accommodate 1 more.

These are Tenina's Rye rolls. She used Crio in hers but I didn't have a lot left so decided to make a drink from it instead. We had them with Cauliflower Soup.

Yes they are Suzanne. I just used water instead of the Crio liquid and omitted it further on in the recipe. It was so cold yesterday they didn't want to rise, so I ended up putting them in the oven with a bowl of boiling water.

I got my rectangle one in Coles or Kmart and not expensive.

Yesterday I had a guest for lunch so made bread rolls in mine from Bread Rolls in under 1 hour - I just love this recipe and use it so often. I will ask one of our experts to post the picture for me so you can see how they look.

Thanks for sending the photo of your fantastic rolls Troupie. Here they are.

Wow, I haven't been on the forum for about a week and look at all the lovely baking that has been going on.
Everything looks scrumptious.
