Thought I would see how Belgium lemon Tea Cake recipe would go for this Challenge.  Surprising well.
The stall holders at the Farmers Market arrive very early to set up their stalls. They usually buy a coffee to warm up.  I take a cake for the the stall holders that I regularly buy from.  Tomorrow I will take these.  The basic recipe makes 11.
