I have been experimenting with making GF flour.  I made a mixture yesterday and it is better than most of the bought ones. It tastes better but the texture isn’t wonderful in baked cakes. Ok in biscuits. I made Trudy’s Lemon Muffins in TMX to try it.

I have made potato salad, devilled eggs and mixed vegetable salad to have with dinner tonight.

Jam, jam and more jam.  Seville Orange, Strawberry, Strawberry and Blue Berry and Mandarin   All in the TMX. 31 jars of various sizes.
Spaghetti sauce and 22 SD crumpets.

Have made enough citrus jam to last a year. Most will be given away. Does go very well with SD crumpets.
Will use the remaining Bol sauce to make lasagna.  Will put in a layer of home grown Silver beet .
