I think I will make jams, and chutneys for Christmas pressies, shortbreads, slices.
Try and do as much as possible, to get used to it.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I've made a half a batch of yoghurt, 2 batches of Chookie's sourdough crepes for the freezer, cooked steak & sausages on the BBQ for lunch and made a batch of fat free French dressing for a salad I am taking to a friend's place on Sunday - not sure what it will be like in comparison to the bought variety but will test it before using it.

I have only managed the Frozen Mango Bars, been helping DH with a job he wants to get finished   ;D

Bimby chocolate cake for DS birthday. He wants it made into a number 4 race track cake. Party is tomorrow. Looks like it will be a late night. Stay tuned for update.

Just made mango sorbet, and custard for kids.

Going to pick some plums for jam.
DS just asked for brownies.

I just use the EDC one, nice and soft and Chewy :)
I rolled the mix in balls then flattened only slightly with a fork as they spread heaps

No fuss bread, spider dip bowl, just need to assemble
Cheese & herb biscuits, double quantity
Spring Onion Dip

1 more dip to make.

H :)

Now I need to rest my arm, still sore but on the mend :)
