Rice Flour Daisy Bread
Ingredients:

15g salt
Sesame, poppy seeds (optional)

Wow, that looks so impressive. Imagine the response if someone said "please bring some bread rolls to our bbq" and you turned up with that!
-
:D :D
Thank you Cathy
I often make bread and take it to bbq
bread or cheesecake :)
-
Oh farfallina you can come to my place for a barbie any time!! ;)
-
This looks fantastic! And GF, very impressive :-*

Not really GF with the 500 g of flour.
-
oops - missed that :-)) Well it is Friday night and it's been a veeerrrry long week! ;)
-
farfalina, you are absolutely amazing. I love signing in to find out what new recipes you have added to the forum. You are certainly a very valuable member with all the recipes you have posted. Please keep it up. Real incentive for us others to do some conversions or creations to add.

Thank you all girls for such nice comments :-* :-*
It would be really nice to have bbq altogether :)
Unfortunately it is not GF. I don't recommend you to try only with rice flour because it would be too strong. Here it is used only 170g of rice flour but it surely can be tasted. All rice flour would be too much :-))
I try to contribute the most I can. I have some other recipes to post. I learn lot also from you as well. I like it here a lot.
I promise that I keep working :)

Wow farfallina that looks amazing. I'm away from home at the moment but I can't wait to get home and try this. Great for a BBQ or a dinner party centre piece. Thank you for the another fabulous recipe. :-*

What pretty looking bread, very artistic.I bet it tastes as great as it looks.
-
I guess using sesame and poppy seeds make this effect ;)
-
Sure looks good farfallina - how do you think the rice flour affects the texture? Does it make the crust crisp?
-
Well Thermomixer, not so much crispier
Sure you can taste it when you eat
It is more filling ;)
-
Farfallina, I am inspired. I am tempted to go and make a small one for our soup tonight.
-
I made a half mix Farfallina and was thrilled with the way they turned out. The rolls were just the right size for having with soup. The leftovers have been put in the freezer for tonights soup. I even made the rice flour in the TMX. I was pleased with the rolls size. I just had the scales there and dropped each piece of dough on them.

Oops, I should have turned them so that you couldn't see the one that wasn't rolled properly.

Cookie that is amazing and only 1/2 mix too ??? It is certainly something I will try next time I need to stock up on rolls.
-
They are really cute little ones Judy. Mine were about 1½-2 inches across. Barely more than a mouthful.
-
it looks awesome cookie!! :o ;)
i am happy you liked it!
-
Thanks for the recipe Farfallina. Last night when we had soup DH raided the freezer for more and DD asked for one in her lunch to go with her salad. I think it is a lady like size!! I will be making more very soon.
-

Thank you so much, Farfallina. I am trying to use up some rice flour and this will take care of 170g very nicely. I love cooking things that I can make straight from the pantry and your recipe and your photo, along with Cookie's photo and comments, will certainly be a good guide for me. Much appreciated. :)

Out of the oven and - oops! - a bit too dark. 30 mins was more than enough for mine. Mea culpa, Farfallina.
-
cecilia how many teaspoons of yeast did u use ?
-
2 sachets of dried yeast, which was what I thought was the equivalent to 25g fresh yeast called for in the recipe.
And I would just point out that the seeds aren't totally burnt - they are linseeds.
My DH is enjoying the buns.
-
thanks cecilia
-
I am happy it turned out fine cecilia
Thank you for the photo :-*
