Yesterday made yogurt. Too much again for yogurt container so set leftovers again in oven. Warmed oven to 50 degrees. Poured yogurt into a plastic container. Switched off oven heat but left light on. Placed container on shelf. It set in the same time as that in yogurt machine. 8 hours.

Our tomatoes are not doing very well this year, so I managed to buy some at a reasonable price and made Tomato Chutney this morning.  Also blanched & froze more beans.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made some more dill pickles and a Ploughman's Pickle. The latter from Tenina.

I made a half batch of apricot jam only two jars and a bit ! DD is enjoying my home made apricot jam .

Iíve made an unusual choc chip biscuit using EVOO. Itís in the freezer at the moment.
