Success with souffle anyone?

I know there's a recipe in the EDC but I'm not game to try it!

I've never done one LMT but have you seen this one of farfallina's?  CC has made it and given a good review.

I like the fact that it can be prepared the day beforehand and cooked when needed.

If you are looking for a savoury souffle LMT there is a recipe in MWOC page 64.The picture looks  good. :) Can PM the recipe if you want it?

Thanks CC I have MWOC. Its not one of my favourite books so didnt think to look in there. JD think I'll try that recipe thank you.

I did ask about that EDC recipe a few weeks ago but it didn't sound like many had even tried it. Must find that one in MWOC - Thanks for the reminder.  ;)

i've just made a variation on this recipe (cos the ones in the EDC and MWOC didn't really inspire me).
I'll go find the right subforum to post it in...
