More of Isi's rolls, pastry etc for a quiche and some more Vegie stock as DD has informed me she will need some while we're away so I can't take it all with me.
DD made a heap of Gnocchi and sauce yesterday so she can have some in the freezer for her late nights. I do believe she is becoming hooked on the TMX too. :-))

Made some chilli oil from some fiery hot small chillies given to me and Laksa with larger, less fiery chillies.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Last night I made yoghurt which I usually send for morning tea to school.  As it wouldn't be ready, I then made some chocolate custard and sent that instead.

When I went to pick up 5 year old, her teacher told me that the class was discussing what they each love about their mummies - I guess in the lead up to mother's day.  DD said her mummy made the best chocolate custard and that sometimes she got to help!  How sweet.

Thanks for the link - I am so keen to try those mini minis!

In the last three days I have made:

ozzie-dj’s BBQ varoma steak with broccoli and kale in the varoma
hot chocolate
Porridge
Stock concentrate
Bread
Rice
Butter
Strawberry frozen yoghurt
Yoghurt
Walnut, date and banana bread (EDC)
Lemon butter (EDC)
Olive oil rolls
Carrot purée (masterchef)
Gravy for roast beef (EDC)

i am keeping a list of everything I make - at least for awhile - to convince those non-believers out there that this machine is amazing!!!
